Coffee leaf rust spread and tipping points
I applied a tipping point indicator from engineering to understand the spatiotemporal dynamics of annual resurgences of the coffee leaf rust (Hemileia vastatrix) in a Mexican farm (Li et al. 2022, Sci Rep).
